Towards the use of the contextual discounting in an evidential neural network

In this article, we explore the idea of using the contextual discounting, rather than the classical discounting, in the evidential neural network introduced by Denoeux. As the contextual discounting is a refinement of the classical discounting, we show how it could be used and how its additional parameters can be learnt to lead to interesting first results on generated data.
